Downloads
How do I get my product after purchase?⌄
Most products are delivered as instant downloads. Code starters are delivered as a GitHub repository invite, and Notion templates as a Notion duplicate link. You'll get an email with the access link right after checkout.
I lost my download link. Can I get it again?⌄
Yes — your account page lists every order you've placed and the access link for each item. If you checked out as a guest, email shashankthattai@gmail.com from your purchase email.
Do you offer updates?⌄
Yes. When a product gets an update, your existing download link picks it up automatically. GitHub starters get pushed to the repo you were invited to.
Licensing
What can I do with the products I buy?⌄
The default license is single-seat — you can use the code in unlimited personal and client projects, but can't resell or redistribute it. Some products are sold under team or unlimited licenses, marked on the product page.
Can I use this in a commercial project?⌄
Yes. Single-seat, team, and unlimited licenses all permit commercial use.
Can I share with my team?⌄
Single-seat is for one developer. Team licenses cover up to 10 developers in a single organization. Unlimited has no seat cap.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, processed through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?⌄
Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded. If something is broken or doesn't match the product description, email shashankthattai@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Do you charge sales tax?⌄
Stripe handles tax calculation at checkout based on your billing location.
Account
Do I need an account to buy?⌄
No, guest checkout works. An account lets you re-download past purchases and track orders.
