Digital products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have not downloaded the file you may request a refund within 14 days by emailing shashankthattai@gmail.com.

Physical products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days in unused, original-packaged condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
