We do not sell your personal information

steep does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We share data only with the service providers we use to operate the store — Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Shippo (shipping for physical orders), and Supabase (database hosting). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement that limits their use of your data to providing those services.

If you still want to opt out

Even though we don't sell your data, California law gives you the right to formally opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Email shashankthattai@gmail.com with the subject line "CCPA Do Not Sell" and we will:

• Confirm your request within 10 business days.
• Stop any potential future data sharing within 15 days.
• Honor the request for the duration of your relationship with the store.

Other CCPA rights

You also have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you. Email us — we'll respond within 45 days.
• Delete your personal information. Use "Delete account" in /account/security or email us.
• Correct inaccurate information. Manage from /account or email us.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will never affect your access to the store or its products.

Verification

Before honoring a request we may need to verify your identity by matching the email you write from against the email on file. For deletion or correction we may ask you to log in.
